The Upstate Flying Club

Operates two aircraft out of Griffiss Airpark, Rome New York (RME).  N56125 is a 1973 Piper Cherokee PA28-180 (Challenger), an excellent cross-county aircraft and a good IFR trainer.  N4753X is a 1966 Cessna 150-G.

130 MPH Piper Cherokee - 180HP

Organized in 1969, the Club provides expertly maintained aircraft for members use.  Flight instruction is allowed and you do not need to hold a pilot’s license to join.   The primary goal is to provide aircraft at a reasonable cost to members.

Club bylaws are available upon request.
